Very unwelcoming feeling in this store. I walked in and there was someone already being helped. The lady working here did not speak to me, just asked if I was picking up. But I noticed the next person that came in she greeted and informed them that she would be right with them. I’ll find another place to get my prescription filled. She was not welcoming at all

Amazing location and extremely helpful staff. They helped me find my glasses and even assisted with finding which discounts I qualified for. I highly this location simply because of the customer service experience.
The Mansfield, Tx location is such a customer friendly and personal based location. I cannot say that for the Cedar Hill, Tx store. I had a very poor experience at the Cedar Hill, Tx store. I felt I was getting the run a round and was just being upsold. Very poor customer care and customer service. If you're having to choose in the southern north Texas area, choose the Mansfield, Tx location you won't be disappointed.
Jonathan is a great asset. Great customer service. Gave me all options to fit within my budget!
My same complaint has to do with the required eye exams for glaucoma and mascular degenerative disease. Never will be back again. Make people aware when they call before hand of this requirement. Beyond that, the staff is unprofessional and present unprofessional. You can tell new management has come behind the old. Your optometrist is no better making smart comments when I informed her I was already aware of these diseases. The only pleasant staff was the lady that was a MA in college. Very very sweet girl. She will go very far in life. It won’t be long until another management team will be behind yall. You can tell who is money hungry and is stretching any way means possible to keep this business open. Imagine making at least 54 dollars per exam on this “requirement” plus other costs. A joke.
