Excellent service and a very professional team. I especially want to thank Jason Weiser for repairing my glasses free of charge and giving me honest, helpful advice when choosing new glasses. Friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. Highly recommended!
I had a very disappointing experience with Optometric Center of Encino. I paid to have my eyeglass lenses changed, but the lenses I received were not what I had requested. When I brought the issue to their attention, I expected them to either remake the lenses correctly or refund my money. Instead, they removed the incorrect lenses, put my original lenses back into my frames, and refused to refund what I had paid for the lens replacement. In the end, I paid for a service that I never received. Rather than standing behind their work or trying to make things right, they simply returned my glasses in their original condition while keeping my payment. I cannot recommend this office based on how they handled this situation. If there is a mistake with your order, don’t expect them to take responsibility or offer a fair resolution. I hope they reconsider their customer service practices and issue a refund for services that were never provided
Scheduled appointment for my daughters and they gave me 3:00 PM We arrived right on time, waited for an hour and a half, and still weren't seen. How is it possible to make people wait that long? I can wait 30 minutes—I could have even waited an hour— but apparently, there were people who just showed up without an appointment before us!!
Amazing service, friendly people and the Dr's are too notch, friendly and I never feel rushed. Highly recommend.
The person keep texting as a reminder for the appointment was obnoxious and not friendly and the wrong time for the appoinment. Thier is no quilaty of care. This place not recommended. The technician was not a professional recently when I visit the place for him to adjust my frame this place totally is not recommended. I was planning to order lenses for my other frame but no definitely will not do it yes because the technician decided to act un professional way the management need to read this and reconsider his hiring.
