Very professional service, and friendly and helpful staff. Very satisfied. The only thing is they didn't give me a receipt (other than the credit card slip) until I asked, but then it was just a simple one with the total amount, with no breakdown like the optometrist's service, lenses, frames, etc. I don't know if this is customary for optometrists but it just seems odd.
Love Dr. Marshall and his staff. They are great. Dr. Marshall takes time to answer my questions and his staff is always very helpful. Sandra has always been very helpful props for her, as I know she deals with many personalities….We have been going there since my girls were little now they are adults and they also love seeing Dr. Marshall. We love going to Dr Marshall’s office every year for new glasses. He is so nice and uses all the latest equipment for your eye exams. His staff is so helpful and professional, we get the best glasses there. They have a large and affordable selection on frames there designer frames are gorgeous. Dr. Marshall is the best! He's thorough so I feel like I'm really being cared for, but never pushes on me services and products that I don't need. It's always a pleasure to see him for my annual exam. Good selection of frames, too!
Great place to get your glasses. Dr. Marshall was quick and efficient. He answered my questions with patience and then I was done. I work and I live far, so I appreciate it when I can go see my doctor and get in and out. The two women working there were very friendly when I walked in. I come from Orange County to see Dr. Marshall because I have been seeing him since he was in Lakewood California. So I appreciate the efficiency of the office.
