I went to this location for the first time and had a great experience! It was so simple to book an appointment online and everything went so smoothly after. Every staff member I encountered was so professional and kind. The doctor was very knowledgeable and helpful with ways I could help improve my eye health. I had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back again!

On a recent visit to LensCrafters, I was warmly greeted by a sales associate and asked if I needed help with anything. I shared that I had seen a pair of glasses at another LC store that I wanted to purchase. He looked up my profile in the system, told me about the current promotions, confirmed my lens options and measured for fit. He delivered all of this service professionally and efficiently and I was in and out in 15 minutes!! \0/

My experience was great. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly as well as professional. The manager Jaisen is patient and definitely has great leadership skills as he uses positive energy and encouragement with his staff as they learn the system and products. I was presented with options to pay for my purchase and they were not pushy, just informative so I was able to make the best financial decision for myself. Definitely will be my go to place for my eye needs. No surprises. And I was able to get my order faster than expected. Tish and Folashade provided me with great options to choose from and they were also professional and friendly.

I’ve been a patient at this LensCrafters location for the past two years, and my experience has consistently been excellent. Dr. Kowalski has been amazing from day one. He’s personable, knowledgeable, supportive, and always bringing great energy to every visit. During my most recent visit, I came in to order contacts and also needed glasses. Jaisen Allen, the store manager, was incredibly helpful and professional. He took the time to explain the new LensCrafters+ program in a way that felt practical and personalized, which I really appreciated. I was able to get my contacts and two new pairs of glasses ordered, which made the visit productive and worthwhile. I also had a tricky situation come up, and Jaisen helped me navigate it with care and professionalism. Meant a lot. Between his excellent customer service and Dr. Kowalski’s ongoing support, I truly couldn’t be happier with my experience here. 10/10 recommend this location. Great people, great energy, and great service.
