Great location! Great experience overall! Nabil the tech was very kind and had a big smile on his face and he seemed quite knowledgeable. Dr. Bryla was very professional and kind! Mallory sold me some glasses she was very nice and knows how to make you feel at home! Overall, 10/10 experience. Also want to shoutout Cynthia the lady at the front desk, she was very sweet when she checked me in and helped me figure out insurance stuff. I’ll be back every year! Thanks guys!

Went in to get new eyeglasses and was helped by Malory. Even though I had to return them due to my prescription lenses being thicker than I expected, Malory was amazing and super helpful from the start. She answered all my questions and helped through the whole process. Great customer service and she was super helpful!

Michael at the Oakland Mall location gave me excellent service. My lenses were still under the warranty and they took care of them with no problem!-

Landy at LensCrafters in Troy Michigan at the Somerset mall was great! Superb customer service and very knowledgeable about the products being sold there, which is awesome. Sometimes people who are hired are not very familiar with the products but she was and she had great energy and again just wonderful customer service.

I have been coming to Oakland Mall’s LensCrafters for over a decade. The customer service is always spot on. Today, Rowaid serviced my mother and I and he was so helpful! I greatly appreciated him breaking down the cost and helping me pick out glasses.
