I had such an amazing experience at this location. I was helped by Mariah and she was so kind! I came on two occasions, one a weekday and one a weekend, and all workers were still as nice, efficient, and professional. The doctor is very kind and thorough. She took her time and answered any questions my partner and I had. She also gave us some samples. Highly recommend this place!

I took my mom in to lens craft she didn’t have a clue on what she wanted or what would be the best option for her. After so many places we went too losing hope and not helped, I decided to take her to lens craft where we were greeted by Maryan with a smile on her face and takes pride in her work. My mom left with so much happiness and knowing what would be best for her eyes. She’s so excited and can’t wait to wear her progressive lens. I’ve been going here for years for my eye exams - the location is convenient, the doctors are all friendly and knowledgeable, and the front sales staff are so helpful and never pushy. Landy was AMAZING to work with - I knew I needed backup glasses but was so overwhelmed with where to start, she made the process so quick and easy! She picked out frames for me to try, walked me through lens options, offered me all available discounts and free home delivery, and within five minutes I was ready to check out.

I had a great experience at LensCrafters! Landy was so nice, helpful, and patient. She made sure I got the best deals on my glasses and contacts and made the whole process easy. Definitely the best eyeglasses store I’ve been to!

In all the years that I have been a customer with LensCrafters, I have never experienced a level of service as experienced at the Lens Crafters on Big Beaver Rd at Summerset Collection North. Joe the manager was the first to great my wife and I, and it only got better!!! From the care and patience shown to us by Dr. Raymon Salim (OD), and the extraordinary support by Leen the optical technician/customer service and also the genuine guidance at the front desk by the team leader Maryam ! The energy and professionalism was outstanding! The quality of service and especially the selection of frames was amazing! It is rare that I experience such genuine care and respect. LensCrafter and its corporate offices should shout from the mountain tops with joy and praise.
