My glasses handle came off . I walked in to LenCrafters and Macy’s in Staten Island Mall and Luz Fernandes, immediately went to work fixing it for me. Best part is that it was free of charge! She is the sweetest! Customer service was10/10.
Luz and Nicole at LensCrafters were incredibly helpful. They assisted me with changing the lenses on my sunglasses and also fixed and adjusted the screw on another pair of glasses. They were both very friendly, professional, and efficient. I really appreciate their great service
