The Lens Crafters on Bryn Mawr gave my son and I great service. We went there for his returning to school eye exam and it couldn't have gone better. They were very informative when describing the services being given and also honest about the discounts available through our insurance. We were hoping he wouldn't need prescription glasses but knew there was a chance he would. Anyway I'm very happy we were able to get a same day appointment, given great service, and they were also great with my son too. Good job guys!!!

I initially bought Meta’s online but didn’t like the quality of the progressive lens so I returned them and went to Lens Crafters to buy them. The in-person experience was so much better for such an expensive purchase. They measured my eye distance and explained the various options for progressive lens, which can enhance the circumference of the prescription. Excellent and friendly service!!!

Truly the best hospitality I’ve ever received at an optical shop. 10/10 recommend! I had a wonderful experience getting my eye exam and picking out new frames today. From the moment I walked in, Nunu welcomed me with such warmth and humor, making me feel right at home. Jonathan, the assistant manager, was incredibly gracious and greeted me with a huge smile. I was feeling pretty indecisive about which frames to choose, but Connor and Nunu made it their priority to find exactly what I was looking for. Once I described my style, they narrowed down the best options for me. The level of hospitality here is unmatched. I left with a massive smile on my face—I’ll definitely be coming back for all my future eyewear needs

Em is by far the most knowledgeable sales associate I have ever worked with in my 40+ years of wearing glasses. I learned so much about fitting glasses and lenses it has improved the way I see. I will keep coming back to Lens Crafters.
