I came to the Lens Crafters in FIDI for my first pair of contact lenses. Over the last couple of weeks I have been working with Andrew to learn how to get contacts in and out of my eye and after multiple trainings, I finally got it! I’m appreciative of his patience and guidance throughout this process. This Lens Crafters provides warm, thoughtful service at a convenient location.

Andrew was amazing! He took the time to make sure everything was adjusted exactly how I needed it. He was professional, patient, and really attentive to detail. I truly appreciate the great service and would definitely recommend Andrew to anyone who needs help with their glasses!

I had a great experience getting my glasses fixed. They repaired them for free, which I really appreciated. The lady who helped me was very kind and patient, and the guy who fixed my glasses did an excellent job. The whole process took less than 10 minutes, and everything came out perfect. Super fast, professional, and friendly service—I would definitely recommend them.

I recently broke my glasses and am currently traveling for work without them. I called Lens Crafters yesterday letting them know my situation, and the staff member suggested I come in so they could take a look at my prescription. The next morning I come in and am greeted with great customer service from Daria & Marx. Daria helped me pick my new frames out (I ended up going with the same ones she had but in a different color), and was able to fulfill my prescription within the hour. This can only be done (btw) if the lens is fully covered with either metal or plastic. I am happy that I can see again. Thank you Daria and the staff at Lens Crafters for such a welcoming experience!
