I stopped by the store and was greeted by Shiela. She was welcoming, helpful, most importantly caring. I explained that I need help completing my rebate for my contacts and charge forward going through every step in the process was complete. She even addressed the envelope for me. She is amazing and a fantastic representative for Pearle Vision. Thank you Shiela for all you do.

Pearl vision is clean, well staffed with customer relations very knowledgeable, and professional. Sam, the representative who helped me through the whole process introduced herself to me, and made me feel like I was an important part of her work day. It was a good experience.
