Amanda was excellent. I came in thinking I would have to return eyeglasses I just got. She was able to carefully bend my metal frames so they fit perfectly. I am a long time customer at the Kenwood Town Center location. The manager deserves a lot of credit for operating such a well managed store. Just purchased new glasses. Michael provided very professional assistance from helping selecting new frames , researching insurance , ordering and filling upon arrival. Real professional staff
Dr. Dawson is the primary reason I continue to return to Pearle Vision. He always takes the time to answer my questions, is compassionate, and provides thorough, personalized care. I truly appreciate the attention and professionalism he brings to every visit.
I scheduled an appointment online at this location. When I showed up, I was told the appointment was cancelled. Nobody told me, nobody contacted me. I used to go to Pearle Vision in a different city and always liked it. I've never had so poor customer experience at any medical establishment.
One thing I do not like is being ignored as a customer, especially when there is only one other person in the store. How hard is it to say "Welcome to Pearl Vision, take a look around and I'll be with you in a moment." ...see how simple and pleasant that is. Well you won't get that here. I'll just take my insurance and money across the street to Visionworks.
