Excellent Service! I’ve been a loyal customer of Pearle Vision for close to 30 years. Maureen has been amazing at helping me choose glasses and making sure the fit is perfect! The service she provides could not be better and I won’t work with anyone else . I highly recommend her to anyone! Thank you for another pair of amazing glasses!

I had an outstanding experience at Pearl Vision Twinsburg thanks to Maureen she is the best. She was incredibly patient , friendly, and knowledgeable. She helped me find glasses that complemented my face. I highly recommend Maureen if you are looking for exceptional service .

Only had my glasses for about a month and the screw fell out and broke while wearing them . I paid 500$ for ray bans glasses and more for a warranty which I was told would cover any issues with the glasses for the next year . Came in to get them fixed and the man told me I have to pay a co pay to fix them and I let him him I was never told about a co pay I was told it would be covered . The man working here then yelled at my and told me to relax very mean very unprofessional workers here I just wanted to know why I was told the warranty would cover my glasses and it dose not but instead I got yelled to “ relax “ .

My teenage daughter had a great experience getting new glasses and her first pair of contacts! Maureen was amazing teaching her how to put them in and take them out. She had lots of tips and even more patience. Everytime we were in the store it was very busy and the staff was always friendly and efficient. We never felt pressured or rushed!!! Would 100% recommend to anyone who is shopping for new glasses or looking to try contacts for the first time!
