Optometrist Inside Target Optical

Amanda, store manager for Target Optical in Urbandale, Iowa, is simply amazing! When I first entered the store, I was concerned it wasn’t going to be the best pricing for me, and that I would need to go to a less expensive store. She asked for the opportunity to price things for me, and then proceeded to educate me on a number of topics. I immediately knew I was in the right place! I felt secure and well cared for, and confident she was looking out for my best interest. I did not leave the store until I ordered three pairs of reader glasses, and I cannot wait to pick them up when they’re ready!

Everyone is great, Dr Jenny has been a gem helping me over the last 2-3 weeks with eye pains! Payton helped me with my glasses and told me I looked good so that boosts the confidence haha, and the store manager Amanda, is also wonderful. I’ve been coming here for 2 years now and I won’t change- once you find wonderful people that actually care, you continue going there- well that’s my motto anyways!

This is my "eye care home." The staff is very warm and caring. They work to give you the best deal and are patient at explaining your benefits and any deals they may have. The doctors are thorough and answer any questions I have. They also have a great selection of glasses and contact brands and are very willing to do exchanges and returns if you're not satisfied.

Amanda was very very helpful to me when I was picking out my glasses she explained all of my options and helped me tremendously when I was paying she went over board to make sure I was happy she is an exceptional employee you should be glad you have. Thank you again Amanda you were awesome.

Kelsey and the young woman from Ukraine were both absolutely over the top fantastic. Patient kind attentive knowledgeable and efficient. I also saw them handling a customer who was so inappropriate and berating both of them and they stayed cool kind and did a great job diffusing the situation. I was mega impressed
