Optometrist Inside Target Optical

I usually visit another location(Streamwood) which is okay, but this was my first time at this location and they were awesome! From the moment I walked in, ALL of the staff were so friendly and went above and beyond with their customer service. Dr. Desai is very kind and made sure all of my questions were answered before I left. He was genuinely caring, friendly, and took the time to make the visit a positive experience. Great experience overall!

We recently moved from out of state. My wife and I had an incredible experience and treatment by Dr. Desai. He not only made us feel welcome, but he also took his time with us, and it felt like he genuinely cared about our health and well-being, even beyond our vision. He was able to correct, probably, what had been years of headaches and migraines due to incorrect prescriptions being given to me. He is truly gifted. We wish the best for him and his practice. If Dr. Desai ever leaves this location, we will follow him to seek treatment. The staff at this location was also amazing. Not only did they take their time with us, but they also explained everything to us. They were also able to verify my insurance and offer more discounts than Costco. We ended up with a shipping issue with my wife's contacts, and the manager was understanding and quick to resolve it too! Stellar team, and we wish this location more success. Truly a gem.

First time needing glasses and I’m so glad I decided to come here. Dr. Desai and his assistant Sana were soo kind and very throughout. They took the time to get to know me and hear my concerns. They were able to help me pick the pair that suited me the best. Overall I felt very comfortable and welcomed!

I had a wonderful experience at this optics clinic! Dr. Rathmann was absolutely amazing, very knowledgeable, patient and took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly. She made the entire exam feel comfortable and informative. The staff was also fantastic. Desi was especially friendly and incredibly helpful throughout the visit. From start to finish, the whole team made the experience smooth and welcoming. I truly loved everything about this optics clinic and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for great care and excellent customer service!
