Optometrist Inside Target Optical

I had the best customer service experience at this store. Store manager - Lela was very thoughtful, courteous and extremely helpful! I am very great full to her because of my situations and how she was able to help!! She is also one of the best and honest person I have ever met.

Dr. Rodriguez was super sweet and comforting during my appointment , she provided me with such a calming atmosphere and was super informative during my exam. Lela was wonderful, she helped me pick out the better frames out of the 3 or 4 that I had to choose from. Very straight forward with any questions or concerns that I had. Super helpful and honest! :) Thank you!

Not only are they prompt to attend to you upon walking in, they are friendly, helpful, accommodating, and know their stuff! I have been going to target optical for the past few years and have always had great service! The store manager took time to help me make a decision on my frames and by the end of my time there I felt like I had a new friend! If you are looking for a no fuss, quick and efficient eye exam, this place is for you. They use a really cool machine to take photographs of your eye so no more pupil dilation and extended wait time which is a plus for me! I have never seen anybody wait around for their appointments. They are organized and the place is clean. You cannot go wrong with target optical!

Great experience. The staff (ladies pre and post exam) were friendly, helpful and thorough. Dr. Copeland was very friendly and thorough. She addressed any concerns and explained every question or things found in the images taken pre-exam. Only downfall is the small waiting area if you have handicap person or stroller but they offer a variety of frames from designer to affordable even in their space. Overall was excellent service and options.

Lala was very helpful and kind. It was a fast experience! They carry Essilor frames which is reassuring given those ridiculously expensive lenses need a very specific fit to work.
