My dog had bent my glasses, so I stopped in to see if they could fix them. Miranda was incredibly helpful there. She was able to do the necessary adjustments and get them back to normal with no problem. And we had a great conversation the whole time!
I've used target optical for the last several years. The doctor and associates are great. Their promotions of certain percent off do not apply with insurance. I was disappointed and felt a bit taken advantage of. If this would not bother you no big deal. Like I said great service here just wish I could get a deal once in awhile.
Our experience with Miranda was amazing! We came in looking for a repair kit for my daughter's glasses, she lost a screw and she was able to fix it right up and check to make sure there were no other loose screws. Even cleaned her glasses for her, Miranda really went above and make our experience delightful! Thanks Miranda!
Miranda at Target Optical in Maple Grove was simply the BEST! She patiently and knowledgeably explained the different types of lens that are available, including their costs and benefits. By the time I was ready to purchase my new eyeglasses, I was confident about it being a fully informed decision! And now, I just can't wait to wear them!! :)
I truly enjoy visiting this Target Optical location because of Dr. Wieber and staff. Today, I had the opportunity to have Miranda fix my glasses, very last minute. They are now looking " brand new". She was super helpful and very friendly. I plan to return for my actual eye appointment soon.
