Dr Raval was very thorough and took her time to explain everything to me and answer my questions. I have not been to an eye exam in many years as I get nervous. Dr Raval made me feel at ease. Isaiah was also wonderful. I needed glasses and he was so patient and helpful!
Isaiah here is absolutely terrific!!! He took the time needed to set me up with a new pair and also fixed my old glasses so I have a good spare. But even more than that, he found me more than $200 in savings from my insurance, that was there but I didn’t know about because I didn’t have separate vision insurance.
I received exceptional service today from Isaiah at the Abington Target Optical. I was unhappy with the glasses I had recently purchased, and Isaiah went above and beyond to help resolve the issue. He took the time to review my previous frames from two years ago along with my current pair and was able to identify that the problem was related to the prescription height. He carefully explained the issue and then helped me select new frames that better complemented my facial features. His knowledge, patience, and attention to detail made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. Overall, my experience exceeded expectations, and I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service Isaiah provided.

Dr. Raval is amazing! She’s so kind, attentive, and really takes the time to listen and explain everything. You never feel rushed, and she truly cares about her patients. Huge shoutout to Isaiah and Frank, they are the best! Super friendly, helpful, and provide top-notch customer service. From start to finish, the whole office experience is great.
