I just picked up my new glasses from Target and couldn’t be happier! Stephen was so professional and he even fixed my old glasses for me so I have a backup pair! Highly recommend

Very friendly staff but the speed of service is bad. Purchase glasses in early November, had issue with the lenses, returned them and I was told it would take 2 weeks. It’s now a month later and still don’t have my glasses. Plus the photo below is after 10am when the store is supposed to be opened. Took this photo at 10:15am and no one working in Optical. Update: it is now December 28th and I still don’t have my glasses!

Excellent experience at the Target Opticals location in King of Prussia. Alissa and BJ were very helpful, especially since I was getting a new set of smartglasses. They explained the technology very well, input the required prescription, and went above and beyond to find the correct colored frames via online even though it was out of stock in store. During the pickup, Alissa patiently explained the working of ways of the new glasses. Overall, highly satisfied.
