Optometrist Inside Target Optical

I picked up my glasses from another location yesterday but the adjustment was off so I stopped at the Green Bay location for assistance. Jesse was great! He adjusted both my new glasses & sunglasses. He also took his time with me, checking to make sure the glasses were sitting straight & checked to make sure my bifocal was still sitting properly to read clearly.

Having a daughter out of state and trying to get contacts with a new prescription can be a nightmare! Jesse took care of everything! There was a lot of back and forth and changes due to comfort and Jesse was so patient, professional and understanding! I would highly recommend this Target Optical for excellent customer service!!!

Everyone is so great and helpful every time I go in there. Jesse L was so fast and helpful fixing an issue I had with my new glasses.

I came into the optical today in crisis mode and the Jesse’s got me out of it! I’m out of town for a bachelorette trip and I forgot my contacts and glasses. An hour before close they were able to get my prescription and hooked me up with a box of samples to get me through the weekend! Thanks Jesse and Jesse :)

Hamid was so helpful! I was on my last pair of daily contacts and he went out of his way to get me a trial set before I was able to get in for my next exam. Helpful and kind service! Even when they are busy in the evenings. Thank you!
