I purchased two pair of eyeglasses and I had the eye exam in Howard and brought the prescription to the shop in Ashwaubenon. I I received great service until after I picked up my glasses then I had my glasses about five days and I noticed three scratches on the lens. I had purchased the scratch proof coating. I found a Customer Service representative and showed her the glasses with the scratches There was nothing that could be done that the lens protection is not guaranteed. I said then if it’s not guaranteed, I want a refund and she said that she could not do that. I asked for a manager, and she said the manager was not available. I was very upset and turned around and left the Store. Within a couple of weeks, I lost my sunglasses while Caring for my sister-in-law after surgery Because I was constantly taking the glasses off Because of the scratches and because the prescription did not seem to be correct, and I was getting double vision Period I can’t return the glasses since I To locate them, but the Customer Service Sale was not very good.

I ordered a pair of glasses and hadn’t heard anything after two weeks, so I called. I was told they were still in the lab and should arrive the following week. After three weeks, I called again and was informed there was no record of my order in the system. The employee said the manager would call me back. Two hours passed with no call, so I phoned again and was told to “be patient.” Four hours later, I drove 30 minutes to the store. The manager was sitting at the desk but never explained why she hadn’t called. After checking the system, she admitted a mistake had been made and that my glasses had never actually been ordered. The interaction felt cold and uncaring, so I canceled my order.

Got my wife's exam and glasses here. Then I took my vision Rx to Costco and it was a LOT LESS EXPENSIVE.

Dr Swim is a good doctor. My issues are with the office staff. I called and left a message three times over two weeks regarding a problem I am having with my new contacts, then finally went to the office because I wondered if they were getting any of my messages. The person at the desk said they were "too busy during the month of December to listen to any of their messages." He took notes into the computer without making any eye contact and I still don't know the answers. Very poor customer service.
