Optometrist Next To Stanton Optical

I went to the Stanton optical on Madison & San Juan to be seen for the two lenses for $79 but after talking options with Demitrius, I ended up getting both lenses, one being made same day. As well as both exams for contacts and glasses & got contacts as well. He convinced me it was the best option as they had a deal going on and I couldn’t be more happy with the price! If Demitrius didn’t push for those options I’d be paying much more later. He was more than helpful and suggest coming to this location as the entire staff was super kind & helpful. They really care about you!

I have called Stanton optical multiple times my account online was messed up and I wasn’t able to get my prescription unless I drove all the way out of my way to come get it in person but Norphia at the fair oaks location helped me fix my online account and stayed on the phone with me the entire time so we could figure it out and now I’m able to have my prescription whenever I need it. Excellent customer service thank you so much for your help!

Really good experience. Showed up much earlier but they took me in right away. Everyone are friendly. Good eye glasses selection for the 2 pair for $79. Gave me my first pair the same day! Thank you for such affordable place. Without you idk how some people with financial problems could afford some glasses. So thank you! 🙏🏻😇

Norpia and Ximena were the ones who helped and explained everything to me. I don't wear glasses and it was the first time I took my son to get everything he needed from exam to frames. They were very helpful and informative. They didn't waste my time and made me feel comfortable and welcomed. I would recommend for first time buyers.

Great experience, still can't believe that it only cost $79. So friendly and helpful. Follow up: Got text that glasses were ready...a week early! Unfortunately when I got there, they did have the lenses, but frames could not be found. Norpia Chung was very diligent in finding a similar frame, but different color, which fit the lenses. He then found a different frame, similar to the ones I wanted, AND he was able to find lenses which he could put in the newly selected frames...and gave me this third pair as a wonderful compensation for the loss of my original frame that got lost. Norpia was so friendly, professional and apologetic for the mishap.
