Everyone was very nice and helpful. My optometrist perfectly sized my contacts and listened to my needs. The woman that helped me with my glasses selection was very knowledgeable and also had great recommendations that were not strictly price oriented and were based solely around my needs. The front desk made it very clear and concise what charges would be due at the end based off of my insurance. Very nice!
My former Optomitrist retired. Oak tree optometry was recommended by my wife. Could not have been happier with the whole experience. Everyone was courteous, informative, and wanted to make sure that I understood everything regarding my Eyesight. I would recommend oak tree optometry to anyone looking for an optometrist.
I had a great experience overall. The service was smooth, the staff were professional and friendly, and everything was handled efficiently. I especially appreciated the clear communication and the attention to detail, which made the entire process easy and stress-free. Keep up the great work!
I had not seen an eye doctor in several years. This group is amazing. Very professional, very clean, top notch customer service! I ordered contacts AND they fixed my old pair of glasses. Highly recommend.
If you’re looking for a no-stress optometry visit, this is honestly a solid choice. Everything felt smooth—from booking to exam to picking lenses. No awkward waiting, no confusion about pricing, and no pressure. Just a clean, straightforward experience that actually makes you want to come back.
