Optometrist Next To Stanton Optical

This place use to be amazing years ago but the last 2 visits left me with bad contacts and the value was gone I raised my concerns about the 1st bad contacts so I wouldn't have issues with my 2nd I wanted sample pairs that would be exactly like the ones I would be buying but the request was ultimately ignored and I was lied to about it and here I am stuck with a ton of expensive bad contacts i moved away and stayed loyal to this business y'all lost my business for good

Got my eye exam here that was fine got my glasses ordered that was fine but when they tell you they're going to be ready in 3 days all lies came to pick up my glasses worker told me although arrive tomorrow lies called corporate offices they told me not until another 2 to 3 weeks anyway I would never go here I don't recommend this place at all anymore 100% lies... GO TO AMERICA'S BEST NEAR YOU THEY DON'T LIE MIGHT TAKE A LITTLE LONGER TO GET YOUR GLASSES BUT AT LEAST THEY'RE HONEST

My first time at Stanton Optical…. I highly recommend this business to anyone for their optical needs. Their customer service is second to none. The store manager, Jocelyn is great ! The ambiance here was inviting and comfortable, I was impressed with the professionalism and customer service the whole staff provided. Not once was I roaming the store alone, I had a staff member helping me out through out my appointment with the many glasses they have. I’ve never experienced such great service in optics. Stanton Optical in Salinas has gained a forever customer. Also, the prices are great and they do accept affirm/care credit which is also a plus ! Thank you Jocelyn and team I am very happy with the quality service & product you guys delivered.

I went in for sunglasses, turns out they couldn’t get me them same day like I was told by phone. Didn’t clean the machines before use or after. Make ups stains, looked dirty. Someone entered my exam room during the exam, didn’t say anything, just stared at the screen and left. Their $79 deal is a joke, I paid $200 for non designer glasses. Prescription seems a bit off so will check with my provider back home. Did this on vacation for a quick pair of sunglasses that turned into hours and hours and multiple stores. It was not a doctor on the screen, just a technician and then a doctor signs off on the script. Very odd that this is a thing but kind of cool at the same time. I just didn’t like my experience.

Definitely not satisfied with the customer service or my prescription. I do not feel they know what they are doing. I have always worn glasses and the prescription given to me feels way to strong. I can't even wear them. I paid almost 400 for my glasses and I can't seem to get used to them.. The guy said it will adjust but still can't adjust to them. Don't waste your time,please go to a real optometry center. They didn't even dilate my pupils and I'm wondering if this is the issue ti the difference in my prescription. Update- I recently was able to go to my optometrist doctor and I was completely correct. I took the prescription stanton gave me and my doctor asked where I had gone. I told him and he was upset. He said I'm just going to pretend u never went there,because this prescription isn't even in the ball park. They only got 1 number correct out of 4. Doctor also said how he doesn't even know how this place is operating,it should be illegal to not have a doctor there! I went back and requested a refund. It's been a week now and still have not heard back. Please do not go there.
