Very professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. They explained why I have dry, itchy eyes and recommended eye drops to help. Picking out my prescription glasses was quick and easy. Overall, a great experience.

The Optometrist is not very proactive in drilling down her questions to help with finetuning prescriptions nor in offering information about what she is finding. I used to like going here when the past Optometrist was there, but not as much now. I think I'm going to find a new place for myself and my family to go to, even though this was convenient to go to and the front staff are very nice and helpful.
It was an awkward experience. Dr. McLain did not even ask me why I had come to the eye clinic, and she would not respond to any of my questions when I queried my concerns about two particular issues: an eye infection in left eye, a painful spot in right eyelid. She did note that there were changes to my vision clarity, without my mentioning that my vision has recently blurred. The exam was definitely less extensive than any I have had in the past - possibly because I normally go to an ophthalmologist. At the very end of the exam she gave me a stilted explanation of what she had found, and finally wrote a short note of care instructions, and then gave me necessary paperwork for the DMV license renewal I requested, printed prescription for new lenses; phoned Rx for antibiotics to pharmacy. I doubt if I would return for another visit. The entire visit was out of order: I have never before visited a doc of any type who did not discuss the reasons that brought a patient in to be seen. Her seemingly upside down approach baffled me.
The doctor was kind, professional, and caring. There were multiple people there. when it was my turn for my appointment I did feel rushed. She answered all my questions. even recommended a dr for me because I'm considering LASIK.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. The ipad on the wall was awkward to use, due to it’s height. I wear progressives, so it was difficult to get myself to a height to be able to complete the required forms. Please consider being able to hold the ipad to avoid this awkward situation. I loved everything else about my visit, but, honestly, this one thing would deter me from returning.
