From the friendly staff to the efficient and accommodating doctors, I had a great experience. I had to bring my 13 month old son and they made it so easy, fast and understanding. I highly recommend this place!
I have been going to Dr Hyte for the last 10 years and today was my last straw with the office staff. Yesterday I received a text saying they were cancelling my appointment due to non-response from me, even though the last text from them was last week saying "thanks for confirming" - when I confirmed my appointment. I tried calling multiple times and left messages, but didn't hear back. This is not the first time I've had these types of issues with this team, and I only go here once a year - enough is enough. They've lost a loyal patient.
