My son and I had an appointment for glasses for me, and contacts and glasses for him. We were greeted professionally by the front desk staff, and seen promptly. My vision is challenging, as I need different Eyewear for different things, but the optometrist was able to recommend the best options to ensure my needs were met. I especially enjoyed his interaction with my son, as they exchanged stories with one another. Yasmin, who assisted with processing our glasses selection was amazing. She made sure we got the most out of my insurance, and the applicable discounts were applied to avoid completely breaking the bank. The one thing I appreciate most about this office, is everyone is down to earth, I get the service I need, and the vision support that is best for me and my family.

They were problem solvers and their customer service is spectacular. The Doctor was very detail and helpful by recommending ways to improve my vision. She did not just let me choose whatever I want.

These people actually repaired my glasses and did a good job. The staff is very friendly as well. It was a bit busy, which I consider a good thing because it wouldn't have been if people didn't trust Look Optical.

Yamin was AWESOME at helping me today and she really helped me on what frames work best and before I came to the store she already knew what I liked and what frames best match my look and face : )
