Eye Doctor Inside Costco

Previous experience 2 years ago was great. We showed up helping ourselves for 20 minutes. Once we selected our glasses (without anyone's help), we got told that they just closed and it just hit 6:00pm. There was no heads up, no assistance. I told Jamie I was ready and she kept making sour faces and kept rushing us. She kept asking if we emailed her the prescription but wouldn't provide an email address, kept rushing us despite asking the same questions multiple times. Overall unpleasant experience and I would recommend any other place.

I was getting glasses with my husband and the associate wasn’t very nice she seemed annoyed that we were there. We found a pair right as the store close so it was unfortunate timing. I was probably fine coming back another time but she was so pushy and wanted to rush everything. Was not very nice at all. We were asking questions and she would say “it’ll be on the receipt “ I believe her name is Jamie. Terrible employee if you didn’t wanna help then don’t!!! Fix your face girl :)

Solid Eye Care is legit! I never had my eyes scanned before coming here. They were friendly, efficient, and well-trained. I plan to come back! Cindy even emailed me my eyeglass prescription when I needed to find it again. Thankful for them here.

Grace is amazing! She knew how to help me after I made the mistake of returning my contacts bc I felt they were uncomfortable but turns out I needed to give it more time for my eyes to adjust. Grace thought of a way to resolve my issue, shes the best!!
