I had a wonderful experience! Yamin was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to help me choose the perfect eyeglass frames for my face shape and style. Yamin listened to what I wanted, offered honest recommendations without any pressure, and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. I recommend if visiting Look optical, talk with Yamin, you will get excellent customer service.
They were problem solvers and their customer service is spectacular. The Doctor was very detail and helpful by recommending ways to improve my vision. She did not just let me choose whatever I want.
These people actually repaired my glasses and did a good job. The staff is very friendly as well. It was a bit busy, which I consider a good thing because it wouldn't have been if people didn't trust Look Optical.
Yamin was AWESOME at helping me today and she really helped me on what frames work best and before I came to the store she already knew what I liked and what frames best match my look and face : )
Went to Look Optical this week and they were so friendly and helpful! Love that they are right in my neighborhood and have different deals to make getting glasses affordable! Can’t wait to receive my new glasses. Definitely recommend 😊 Love my new glasses! Never have I worn my regular glasses as much as I do these ones. Usually I only put them on to drive at night, these are so comfortable and perfectly made that I wear them for work and espyduring church for the whole service and not feel uncomfortable or …ugly lol. This was a great experience all around! Indea and Lenice were awesome! My sunglasses are perfect as well! Not meant for glamour, they are practical and I can see far, mid and to read no problem with one pair of sunglasses! Before I would remove to read, now I have it all!
