Five stars isn't enough! The staff here has always been incredible to my sons and me. They are professional, friendly, and make eye doctor visits a great experience every single time. Highly recommend!
I had an appointment for eyes check up for 06/30/2026 at 2:10 pm. Two days before the appointment confirmation I had to fill out an on line form with all my private health insurance details and also I scanned my front and back of my health i surance card. Today 06/29/2026 , I've got a call from their front office rep to asking for more details just because I am a new patient she said. Why? You already had all the info you needed. This lady was kind of rude and never introdeced herself . I am under the impression that this place does not trust the patient's medical coverages and they are money hungry. I cancelled my appointment and I will never use them again and you should too !!!!
I really enjoyed my visit to one hour optical. The staff were really friendly especially the lab technician. I think his name was Mike. Everyone was super friendly treated me like an old friend. The appointment went smooth. The doctor was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Will definitely return! They are a great neighborhood eye doctor!
The staff were welcoming from the moment I walked into the office. Dr. Riggs was kind & thorough during my eye exam & explained what I needed clearly. I’m very grateful for Eyecare Specialties of Colorado & their staff!
