Optometrist Next To Target Optical

Mary at the Seal Beach, CA optical location truly deserves a raise. She is incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. She was wonderful with my 9-year-old daughter, quickly built a great rapport with her, and made the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable. Mary clearly knows what she's doing, and she made us feel at ease from start to finish. She was so easy to talk to, and her customer service was nothing short of exceptional. I’m currently traveling and ripped my one pair of contacts. This WONDERFUL woman went on a hunt in their low stock to find my exact prescription to replace my ripped pair. She was SO helpful and seriously my lifesaver. It’s too bad the Target is remodeling and closing this pharmacy because they had the best customer service.

Love the optical team here! Cynthia Cardenas (I think she is the manager) is so helpful and knowledgeable. She went out of her way to fix my sunglasses,which I didn’t even buy there (they were non rx ones). Excellent customer service

Mary and Marlene are THE BEST!!! I love getting my frames at Warby Parker but now that I can’t do that I was really upset that I wouldn’t be helped by your great team! So I chose a frame from your store because I couldn’t imagine that anyone would give me the service they do!
