Optometrist Next To Target Optical

I had such a wonderful experience with Lisa Ross at Target Optical. I first met Lisa about three weeks ago when I stopped in without an appointment. Even though she was very busy helping several customers, I noticed how kind, patient, and helpful she was with everyone. Lisa still took the time to help me and suggested that I choose the frames I liked and save the information for my appointment. When I later called to schedule my eye exam, Lisa happened to answer the phone. She helped me make the appointment and reminded me to mention that I needed my glasses rushed so they would be ready in time. Last night I went to pick up my new glasses. The optical center had already closed, but Lisa was still there and kindly let me come inside. She gave me my glasses and took the time to make sure they were fitted properly. I truly appreciate Lisa’s excellent customer service and kindness. She went above and beyond for me from beginning to end. I will definitely return to Target Optical the next time I need eyeglasses, and I will happily recommend Lisa and this optical center to my friends and family. Thank you, Lisa!

I’ve gone to Lisa, the manager, for years. She is the Best! She is so knowledgable and very helpful. I really trust her opinion and she helps me pick out really pretty sunglasses and glasses. She also tries to get the best price for me. I will always go to her and if she’s not there, I wait for her to come back. You will love her! The entire staff is very friendly. They also have a large selection of reasonably riced frames.

Lisa Ross and her crew are absolutely amazing. They were incredibly knowledgeable, kind and extremely helpful! Been coming to Target in Westlake specifically for the treatment we receive from this amazing group of people! In the many years we have been coming here, we’ve always been taken care of and love what we purchase with their huge variety of frames!

First prescription for glasses. Went to Target with some scepticism. What a pleasant experience it turned out to be! Target , on Black Friday no less , was easily accessible, affordable just as if I made an appointment ( I was walk in ). Lisa Ross ( optical manager ) was fabulous! Pleasant, understanding, professional knowledgeable and experienced. She answered all my questions easily with her facts and experience. She validated all that my eye doctor explained to me, unbeknownst to her. Lisa and optical technician Monica worked well together as a team ,with their ideas and suggestions. I felt I was visiting a friend, I was at ease all questions answered and purchased my prescription, progressive glasses without hesitation! I highly recommend Target's optical department!! Thank you Lisa , thank you Monica, I'm very happy customer looking forward to my new glasses. Rudy Ramirez
