This location is 10x better than the others. I came in and got seen right away and help by everyone in there. Dave helped me pick some frames and even sold me on how important the warranty is. 10/10 service and PATIENCE. Definitely come back for my optical needs
I absolutely love this doctor and the staff are incredibly warm and welcoming. I have tried many in the high desert and no other office compares to their professionalism. I now have my entire family coming here. Highly recommend!!

I have been here a few times with Target optical and I did mention to my husband how I felt, but I went back 1 last time since I've been here already, and about to move out of state. I was quickly reminded why I didn't want to come back. The Dr greets nicely upon walking in, 3 stars for that . Unfortunately during the exam the Dr. always seems to be in a rush and gets easily frustrated when you are having difficulty with your vision. He felt my answers are inconsistent and felt they should not change even though I cant help what line or color I see better at the time of him asking, I get that he has to get the best prescription he can for me, but It is your job to be patient and understanding to the fact that people have issues with vision that's why we are there. Showing you are frustrated does not help. He explained that he felt I am straining and not relaxing my eyes and should pick quickly the first clear display I see. Great advice IF I WAS ACTUALLY STRAINING AND NOT RELAXING MY EYES. It's not what you say its how you say it, please do better. My 10 year old daughter felt the same way. (When it comes to the Insurance part of it and picking out glasses it is ALWAYS pleasant!, Margaret helped me and my daughter that day. She shows so much patience, and she is very personable completely separate experiences. 5 stars for Margaret.)
