Everyone here is very nice and professional. They took care of me and my husband when we had our Meta Glasses prescriptions put in them. I recommend this place to everyone in the high desert if you want professionalism and fast service
I I had an amazing experience at this optometrist in Victorville. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and very attentive. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The doctor was absolutely incredible—knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I never felt rushed, and all my questions were answered thoroughly. It’s rare to find a place where both the staff and doctor provide such a high level of care and kindness.
I had a very pleasant experience at advanced optometric eye care. Kyle Pesch was absolutely amazing. He took good care of my concerns and needs with my glasses. He helped with adjusting my glasses and also helped with my glasses order. Great customer service!!! 10 out of 10 ! I would highly recommend to all my family and friends! My glasses look amazing!! Let me start with my call to make my appt. Kyle answered the phone and was so kind and informative. He is the epitome of customer service. He even called me a few days before to let me know that my insurance was active and confirmed my appt. He didn't just let me show and find out if my insurance was active or not. Then the girls at the front desk were super sweet ( I was super late because my phone lied to me and told me my appt was at 10 but really it was at 8 am lol) they didn't make me reschedule my appt. The wait time was close to nothing. The Dr was super informative and explained everything in normal words not using medical jargon so I understood everything he was saying. Then I was taken to one of the desks to sit down to discuss my options ( for the life of me I can't remember her name and I feel awful because she deserves a big recognition) she explained to me my options what my insurance covered and then had me pick out my frames. I had picked out a few and she became my fashion consultant and helped me pick out the right frames for my face and personality. She took her time and didn't push me or judge me for not selecting certain add ons that my insurance didn't cover. I give all of the staff an 11 out of 10 stars for being the best, thoughtful, informative and just all around awesome. I appreciate u all xoxox
I took a friend to Advanced Eyecare as a new patient, Dr Wang was very pleasant and through as my friend needs to see a specialist which he recommended for eye surgery. DR Wang is very knowledgeable about all things to do with the eyes. I highly recommend Advanced Optometric Eyecare l. I have personally gone to this office
