Angie was just amazing. She was thorough, clear, and informative. She made the experience enjoyable, just a really nice person to talk to! I’ll admit I was skeptical of the remote process but I’ll happily say that I was mistaken! It was easy and detailed. The doctor was very good too.
Have been coming here for years, the eye doctor is great as usual. The other day the new manager (Darren, I believe) helped me get some contacts over the phone and in my opinion went above and beyond to make that happen. 10/10 as always.
Very accommodating, even when things didn't work out the way I hoped. Target Optical really cares to make things right, and offer a level of service and satisfaction that is hard to find nowadays. Clarence is terrific, as is the company itself for reaching out to me quickly and offering stellar customer service. You won't find this in many places, so I recommend you have your prescription eyeglasses made here.
Mr.Clarance was extremely kind and attentive! He offers expertise while also being patient and giving you time to make decisions and browse the stores selection. He’s also diligent about adjusting your glasses upon pickup to insure the quality and fit are to preference. 10/10 would recommend!
