I see Dr Deasy every 16 weeks or so for injections, and even though injections aren't a fun thing, I could not be happier. You can tell that he and his staff are genuinely concerned with your eye health, and it feels great to have such a knowledgeable doctor and team in your corner. Also. I'd be remiss if I didn't me tion the amazing folks at check in ans the very patient people who are in imaging. Everyone from start to finish are incredibly wonderful!

Hi, have had several appointments with this location and I’m more than thrilled with the experience all around .The chair side manner of the two doctors I’ve seen was great and I felt listened to.. Dr. Khan understands my condition and explains thoroughly my diagnosis and follows me closely. He explains in a way that I can understand and the appointment is complete when I have no more questions. I love that and we need that as the patient. I’ve made the decision to change my home office from Prince George to Reynolds location. Your entire staff is awesome. Thank you . Darlene Gill
I have been trying to solve my eye problems for about 5 years now, and have come here the last year or so. I was diagnosed with uvietis and prescribed lots of steriod drops that made my cataract exponentially worse. I just got cataract surgery last week by Dr. Khan and it was very rushed. I called to ask for a pre op consult, and got a very rude lady who told me that nothing ever goes wrong and all my concerns of something happening are "one in a million chance." I then tried to discuss how I would be getting around (walking/driving) since my vision was not fixed fully, and I'm now a -10 and -3, and Dr. Khan told me it shouldn't be worse than a cataract, so I should be ok. My eye ball is also completely blood red, which he said was normal.
The only reason I am giving this rating is because of how excellent Dr. Patell is as a Sclera lense doctor. The billing and insurance department is HORRIBLE! When I first saw Dr. Patell he was told I did not have coverage. I DO. For him to order the lenses for which I need to see, I had to pay up front. Which I did and then tried to deal with the billing and insurance department. It turns out that they did NOT properly check with my insurance company prior to telling Dr. Patell that they did not cover me for Sclera lenses. The insurance company has paid full coverage before when a different eye clinic filed the claim as Medically Necessary. Now, all I get is a run around and people pointing fingers at other people but no one willing to fix what they have done. I am told “Melissa” is the only one who can help me, but she doesn’t remember me from one call to the next and we keep starting over. I will be filling claims with the Better Business Bureau as well as the Virginia Insurance Commission.
It is a large facility but the wait times are reasonable. Very efficient. Daneen C did my visual field test and I absolutely adored her! She was patient and kind and took care by wearing a mask when I was wearing one. Truly appreciated the bright personality she brought to my day!
