My experience at the Forest Hills Richmond location was great on all counts. Sam, the manager, was efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Pricing was great, the selection could have been better--but I got what I wanted.

The most bad vision center in the whole world. The manager and the stuff there are the most unhelpful, disrespectful people and they have broken my glasses when I just want to adjust it. They will fixe it but the idea of not having my glasses at the same time that It will take 10 minutes to adjust it and wait for 4-10 days to get it that's too bad. They did not even apologize to me about the cause of their mistakes. Do not waist your time and go to this vision center. I take the responsibility of what I said.
