We had a wonderful experience at Target Optical in Falls Church! Everything went smoothly, and the service was excellent from start to finish. A special thank you to Camela — she was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. She took the time to explain all our options clearly and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable for our family. Update: spoke to the store manager here and she was helpful and would assist me with my issue. I appreciate her efforts at helping me get my replacement frame. Thank you! Guy on the phone was not the most helpful. I had glasses that were improperly adjusted by a store manager at a different target optical location (Springfield) and asked them if he could replace it with the frame if they had it in stock. I just paid for the new frame using a copay not even a month ago, and because this was the fault of the store manager doing the adjustment poorly, I should have been able to do the replacement for free since the damage was not my fault. I have very uncomfortable glasses now which I’ve been wearing for over a week now.
My needs were pretty minimal--just post-cataract-surgery bifocals--and my local Target accommodated me at an attractive price. Not a lot of choices for frames here, but enough for me. Stephanie was knowledgeable, efficient, and pleasant to work with. She helped me navigate the choices allowed by my insurance plan. This is the second time I've dealt with this shop to get a basic pair of glasses and had a good experience.
I just want to share how awesome the store manager, Stephanie is. She is very kind, friendly , helpful and top notch professional. She tries her very best to help me. I have very high myopia and really wanted glasses that would not look super thick . I needed frames that were very small so they would not come out looking super heavy. Anyway I just wanted to thank you Stephanie.
My mother went there to get an eye exam with Dr. Chen and get a pair of prescription glasses. Dr. Chen and his staff were great. They were friendly and thorough. After receiving my mother received her prescription, she went to get her eyeglasses with the shop. Tung was very friendly and helpful with the process. He helped explain everything to my mother, and we are very happy with the service provided.
