Brandon has helped me, every time I've come in. He's always professional, knowledgeable & efficient. If it's busy, he will acknowledge new customers, so they feel seen. Earlier today I went down to the Walmart vision center. Because I thought there was a problem with my prescription there was not. Everything was fine. I just had to deal with a period of adjustment and I just needed to be patient. So as of now, everything is fine. Only now my tongue tastes like my own shoe leather because I had my foot in my mouth. Thank you, Walmart vision center for helping me deal with this situation. I found their staff and their Doctor to be very informative and patient with me.
The service was on point. I was greeted at the front by Brandon. After asking about my visit and style preferences he started picking out glasses for me to try on. He gave me honest feedback and took the time to educate me about my prescription, frame styles, colors, and nose pieces. He wasn't rushed or pushy. He pulled multiple pairs of frames for me explaining why they were or weren't quite right after trying them on. In the end I left the store confident with the two pairs of glasses I purchased.
Stopped in today to check things out. Brandon Shirey not only got me in for the Optometrist appointment. He also spent an enormous amount of time helping me pick out frames. He was committed to me having a good experience and leaving satisfied and that’s the way it was for me. Thanks Brandon
I have been coming to the Walmart vision center for many years. Everybody who works there is amazing, especially Mary, who always finds the perfect glasses for every member of my family. She is always so friendly, professional, knowledgeable and fun! I would also like to acknowledge Amanda. She is always so friendly and helpful. She definitely goes above and beyond to help her customers. Mary and Amanda make going to the eye doctor a fun experience.
