My experience at the upper state street location was excellent. I received a thorough eye exam. Even though I brought in my own frames this time I received first rate service from Jacqueline who carefully helped me with my lens choices and fitting. I confidently recommend them!

The exam was good. But the ordering of the lenses was sketchy. Not sure if they’re going to turn out correctly. No offer to add scratch resistant or ant-glare options. I was only offered a $600+ upgrade that was not explained.

Great service and profesional…was greated as I walked in, the young lady in the front repaired my Ray Bans in a few min. I was concerned repair would be lengthy and costly she handled it in minutes great service can’t say it enough stop by they are great to deal with ! Thank you LensCrafters
