The best experience I’ve ever had! They carry CHANEL! The selection is beautiful, and the staff is amazing. The doctor and the front desk guy were both incredibly caring and detailed.
My family and I have been coming to Optometry at the Shops for many years. We absolutely love this provider, primarily because James provides the best customer service/patient care that I have ever experienced! He knows my family by name, even when we haven’t been in the shop for a year and we just randomly stop by. He is incredible at helping you choose glasses that work for you with absolutely no upsell pressure. I highly recommend this provider!
James and Amanda were friendly, professional and so helpful from start to finish. James helped my husband find his perfect pair of glasses and was able to work through his insurance with ease. Dr. Zia was friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to explain my concerns and eye health. Great experience, would highly recommend!
Needed an eye exam, contact lens prescription, and a new contact lense brand. Got the best lenses (and vision) I ever had. No obnoxious upselling, no nonsense, just great service. Love the team there. So incredibly dedicated and helpful! Dr. Zia listens, answers questions, and makes everything transparent, no pun intended.
