I really enjoying coming here and I only started coming to follow my children's doctor. Dr.Jones is amazing and professional. Her staff is amazing as well. There's not too many options for free parking but there is street parking (paid). Children can have both dental and medical done here. What I also love is the dental team is amazing and depending on how the appointments are, I can get both dental and medical done in the same day so it makes it easier just to have one trip or two visit visits and get everything out the way for the kids.

I just came from this place after taken my daughter there to see her doctor that they told me over the phone was my daughter doctor was Ms Candice Jones she wasn't ther at work so two girls in the front was so nice i can feel like they was really trying to help me so they told me they going to go to the back to talk to some one for me because they stop taken walk in patience at 2:00 that I didn't know about but ok and my daughter just needed to be seen so she can go to her 7:00pm appointment for her CT all i was asking for was can some one see her so I can have something to take to her appointment to night so some women not sure of who she was she never introduce her self she just came out i hard her say who is he were he at in a really rude way I still try to over see that so I get up and begin to tell her what was going on she just ruly telling me to speak up louder I can't here what you saying with a frustrated face and her co worker stand beside her like if she was her security guard I'm just looking like ok I see how this going to go so I explained myself to her and she just was so dismissive on everything I was trying to say then she go to say to me do your daughter even have insurance in a nasty tone so I say yes she go to say what insurance do she have so I tell her Aetna medicaid she looks down at the young lady that was so nice helping me from the time I walked in the door to say do we Even take that insurance and looks down at the girl with a nasty face the girl told her yes we do she just looked dumb founded in the face then go back to me and say yea ok but what's wrong with her we don't know her we don't know what's wrong with her so me as a father I explained to her mostly every thing to some it all up just for her to say we don't know her again we can't give you anything and who you here to see like if i was just saying anything so i told her again the doctor she said what's her name like if i was just making things up told her Candice jones then she just looked at me then go on to say what you want from us again I explained to her again then I came to the realization she didn't want to work so that's wen I said to my self I need to go someplace else this women is giving me a headache because this women is so disrespectful why my daughter is sitting down watching how she is talking to me and everyone else is just looking i don't know who this women is but she is so unprofessional the way she was talking was like if i was some homeless person off the streets asking her for money the way i statred to feel and I feel even they deserve respect as well we all human and she just went on so ruley to the point I had enough this wasn't getting nowher so i just told my daughter let's go baby girl we going somewhere elas this place is not the rite place for you because this women needs to know how to pull someone to the side to have conversation in provate not to have a conversation in front of everyone and everybody i know if that was her on the other side of that counter she will not appreciate that so to any one thinking about taken they kids or kid or baby to this place please don't waste your time if you half to please be warned you my not be talked to in a respectful manner

This place is truly spectacular, the service is excellent and very fast, everything is very clean, but I can't overlook Rosalind's outstanding service, wow, she is truly kind and very attentive, I love her! I need more people like her 🫶🏼💕

I’m sitting in their office waiting on my appointment that was scheduled for 30 minutes ago. They are unprofessional and the drs are never there and always running behind . Would not recommend this office to anybody and after today we won’t be coming back! Asked the lady how much longer and she asked me did I want to leave ….and it’s like this everytime not just today . They barely even have parking . If I could give -10 stars I would

Absolutely love my pediatrician, however the practice itself is terrible. Ive called everyday for a week straight and no one answers the phone. I have left voicemails and not gotten called back . Now the voicemail is full and I can’t even leave a message. This is not the first time either, a few months ago i needed to schedule a follow up visit because my son was in the emergency room… i only ended up getting them to call me because I had to reach out the the doctor on instagram. She responded right away (like I said love her). Not sure how sick kids are being seen because making an appointment is near impossible. Only still a patient here because I like the doctor.
