Came here on my way home to Stockton because I needed glasses asap. I glad I did. I liked the dr I seen. He was very nice and informative. Answered all my questions and without hesitation or trying to push me out the door. The ladies were very friendly and accommodating. Received my glasses in less than a week I kid you not! The selection of frames are also a huge plus for me. I was able to get a pair of Gucci frames that I was able to have for my prescription sunglasses/ reg glasses and the second pair I got were coach. They have it all here! I highly recommend!

Called the first day was told I can bring my glasses down and they would fix them no problem. Next Day I called (different girl )on the phone told me they don't fix them and refused to. With a bit of an attitude & hung up .🤔🤔🤔🤔

Very nice doctor and the young lady who helped me pick out my glasses❤️ highly recommend for that, they were lovely… but then I was given the run around. If they couldn’t do something I just wish they would’ve told me that from the start. Why tell me to come back and make an appointment if it didn’t go away…just to tell me I need a referral to make the appointment with him… and then when I get the referral, to finally tell me they don’t do that type of stuff at all :( I’m not knowledgeable in this stuff I didn’t know what kind of doctor I need for this issue. I was just doing what they told me. It just wasted a lot of everybody’s time.

Don't get this wrong, I think Dr R. is great. I have been coming here for several years. The problem is the glasses. I opted to not get new glasses last year. This time around my luck ended. The lady who "measured" for the bifocals just winged it without using any ruler. The glasses were crooked, but just drew a line. Not accurate at all. Bummer. When I tried on the glasses I couldn't see properly. Another lady came over to help and actually had a ruler. Unfortunately, the replacement is unusable. I am so frustrated. A lot of money for nothing. I have to use my old glasses with the old prescription for another year. Probably not going back.

Staff at Oroville Vision are friendly and helpful. I never have a long wait to see the doc when I check in. Doctor Mike is great!!
