Table Mountain Eye Care

I was very impressed with how friendly and professional everyone was. The office is very clean and Dr. Franchi was very kind and listened to me. I didn’t feel rushed at anytime while I was there. They have a nice selection of frames to choose from and my overall experience was really good. I’d recommend this office to anyone if you’re in need of new glasses.

Always a wonderful experience to receive excellent eye care from Dr. Hamar & staff @ Table Mountain. Its a very high tech facility, with well trained staff in every position giving personal attention to each patient. Dr. Hamar's examinations are professional, thorough & helpfully informativre at all times. I couldn't recommend them more highly!

Always a good experience. The staff are all friendly and upbeat from the girls at the check-in desk to the people that help you choose your best glasses. These guys also take walk-ins for adjusting and are always so nice and helpful. The techs and Dr.Carlson just make every step of the appointment and testing comfortable and pleasant. I’ve been going to Dr. Carlson for 10 years. They are the BEST.

This was the first time my husband was a patient there. There was very little wait time. All of the staff seemed very knowledgeable. The doctor was great and explained everything during the exam. My husband will continue his eye care there as a lense implant had come loose. It was done by a different Dr years ago. No other dr had caught this before. We are greatful to Table Mountain Eye Care and their expertise.

I first want to note I have nothing but good things to say about my care/treatment at the clinic itself. I have know my Optometrist for years and the staff is friendly and professional. My issue is with the billing department which has been beyond horrible. I have had multiple issues over the time I have been seen there, and it has always taken months to clear up, in large part as they often do not return calls and do not follow through on what they say. The most recent was a bill I received in Nov of 2025 which took months to clear up and ultimately they discovered they were sending me the wrong bill. I had already paid the November bill and I should have been receiving a bill for a later visit. I paid this bill and was told I would be mailed the correct one for my records, which they never did. Just a few days ago I again got a bill for November, which I think is the 4th time. I called billing and left a message and, of course, no return call. This is just one, but not the only example, of my experience with Table Mountain Eye Care's billing department.
