Always a great experience visiting OED. The team nets you in a friendly welcoming way, I never have to wait to check in, and they know what I am visiting for. Doctor Wong is a great doctor. He explains things clearly in layman’s terms, he speaks confidently, he has a great memory for what is going on in my life, even though he only sees me twice per year. Dr. Wong and Dr. Pian are the best! The glasses I've gotten here are always perfect and much better than when I've gotten glasses other places. I have progressives, and when I've gotten them elsewhere, I've had issues, but not at Overlake Eye Designs. The doctors and staff are very kind and caring as well and excellent at what they do.

Pian and Wong are excellent, and they take the time to explain what they're seeing with your vision and to answer any questions. The staff in the front of the house are also extremely competent and courteous.

I have been coming to this clinic for several years. Dr Wong is very thorough and attentive to detail during exams. He is patient, and listens to any concerns. I appreciate that he works with me to have the best prescription for my eyesight. All the staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. They have been also been helpful in getting the correct info to my insurance for payment.
