We were visiting Branson when the screw fell out of his glasses and the lens popped out. I am an optometrist and know better then to travel without a repair kit. I was impressed from the moment I walked in the door with the professionalism of every staff member I encountered. I listened as they helped other customers. You have a wonderful staff.

My son forgot his contacts and we were here on vacation. They were so kind and gave us trials in his prescription at no charge. Highly recommend!
I was traveling to Branson and one of my contacts tore. That was my only pair so I contacted Ozarks and they were able to give me a pair! The staff were nice and accommodating. I highly recommend them for their friendly service and willingness to go out of their way to help someone who is not even a patient, so you can only imagine what they do for their actual patients!
Everyone here was amazing. I was on vacation and I forgot my contacts. They worked really hard to see if they had my prescription in stock. I really appreciate all the effort the team.
My son’s pediatrician recommended that we get an eye exam to rule out his vision first as being a reason he is falling into things so often before he gets an MRI. This eye health provider refuses to put in the correct code for a medically necessary procedure to my son’s insurance so that they will cover it. The only reason I can think of for them refusing to bill it correctly is so they can extort more money out of my pocket since insurance will only pay so much. What a shame because we had a good appt but now there’s just a bad taste left in mouth.
