Dr Emily Edwards is amazing. So thorough and she explains everything in layman’s terms. Answers my questions and I have complete confidence in her as my provider. She is outstanding and I highly recommend her. Everyone is always very friendly and professional. The Branson location always seems a little short handed with technicians up front and it can take awhile to order new frames or get adjustments.
Jacob is an excellent technician, very friendly and entered information very quickly and accurately. Nice to be a new patient and not fill out forms by hand. Dr. Upton did an excellent job of diagnosing my issue and described the condition in both medical jargon and common language. Also described what to expect and any conditions that would require me to get additional treatment. Office is very clean and the ambience is relaxing. I Highly recommend this office if you live in the Branson area.
I would highly recommend this very unique clinic. When entering the reception area, I was warmly welcomed and did not have to wait. My wait time for services was minimal. The technicians were very thorough they explained everything that they were doing this made me feel very comfortable. Dr Edwards is amazing she is very caring and listens to you. She found a solution to my vision problem Immediately. This was the best experiences I have had with Vision Care. Thank you, to all the staff at Vision Clinic of Branson.
Prompt, courteous, professional, and I'd like Dr. Edwards to be my forever eye doc. She is all the above and efficient, explanative--can't be beat. Irene has great peripheral vision, and seems to oversee fixing concerns ahead of time, which is highly efficient. I didn't get the first woman's name, but she was explanatory also, letting me know what was the purpose of each machine.
I found everyone from the minute you walk in the door, very pleasant with smiles and greetings. The nurse was very information and helpful. After meeting Dr. Emily Edward's , I new that I had made the right choice. Great office.
