Dr Truong is outstanding! She was very through and caring. She explained all of the tests conducted by Sergio (who also was very attentive) While I did not find glasses there, we for certain will be coming back for our exams. Highly Recommend Dr Troung and her team!
The optometrist tech was great and outstanding professional and courteous. The optometrist was not .. short and quick had ushered me out after asking for the the final measurement needed for glasses.
Had a great experience with my appointment!! I had gone to a different place closer to my home and didn’t have good experiences. I decided to go back “home” and it was the best experience I’ve ever had!! This is where I will continue to go in the future!
My docto was Dr Cheng and she was wonderful. She was thorough and not only did she explain what she was doing, she made sure I understood her explanations. She didn't rush me through everything and even took the time to let me talk about some of the stressor on my. She was professional, knowledgeable, and kind. She is exactly what you want in a doctor.
Rude front office staff. They wouldn't schedule an appt because insurance benefits didn't renew for another week. Tried again. Arrived for my appt, stood in line & checked in. After sitting for 5-10 min was then told I checked in 1 min late, only if others didn't show would they be able to see me. I do not recommend
