When I made the decision to have the R L E surgery done , I knew it would be a challenge because I have always been extremely sensitive when it comes to my eyes. After the surgery, the adjustments and the lock in, the experience couldn't have been any better. The doctor's and the staff were very understanding and took their time to make sure that I was getting the best and most comfortable treatment. Thanks for all your help

The front desk not helpful or welcoming. All the test went well and the staff was good. Then the wait began to see the Dr, who after finally come in to see me for 3 minutes talk to the assistant not to me. His excuse, medical emergency. Next week my wife went in and the same or worse experience. She waited around 2 hours to see the Dr and no reason was given. This was our 1st time after the move from Rothchild to the new name and office and also the last time.
Today May 27,2026 I had an appointment with Dr Scott Fair at Palm Beach Eye Center-Delray and it was a very unpleasant experience. Unfortunately, my case was transferred from another Eye Center, after the health referral system did not continue working with this previous Center. I found an environment where they did not care what the patient was saying about his conditions and neither they care if the other Eye Center already made all other exams and test. Simply, the technician told me that they had to do it again because they do not believe what other Doctors did, he made funny remarks about previous conditions that I tried to explain, no respect to the patient opinion. I felt his behavior so disgusting that I have to stop the interview and leave his office. Before leaving the Center, I told the attendant in the front desk I was canceling the appointment with the Doctor, because the technician improper behavior, gave my name, since I did not see any signs of resolving the issue, I left the Center. Obviously, they did not even call to find out about the problem. I ask myself if they really care about the patients!
I received a text telling me I needed to make my yearly appointment for eyes exam. I rang up the office and was greeted. The appointment was easily made. Upon going to the office i was welcomed at the feast. The wait time was fairly short. I was called in and the exam process was smooth. I saw Dr. Scott Fair and he finished the exam. He is extremely professional and I’d highly recommend him!
Dr. Fair is top-notch -- skillful, knowledgeable, honest, and easy to talk to. Both of my cataract surgeries went extremely well. The entire staff is highly professional, the process impressively thorough. I'm very grateful to Dr. Fair and his team!
