Such a wonderful experience with Dr. Pangborn. Online booking was easy, the appointment started right on time, and everyone was so friendly, knowledgeable, and I never felt rushed. It’s great to support a local practice where you truly feel cared for. The receptionist was so helpful in helping me choose new frames, and my glasses arrived quickly. Dr. Pangborn was very thorough and answered all of my questions patiently. I really appreciated that he took the time to listen to my vision history and how I felt about my current prescription. The front desk staff were really kind and made sure my insurance info was current. I was also able to get an appointment quickly without waiting weeks like other practices in the area. Would absolutely recommend!!
