After getting 2 new pairs of glasses with my new prescription I opted to try out the 100 Day guarantee that Visionworks offers. The prescription was perfect but one of the pairs was just not me. Stopped in and all associates were pleasant. Mallory assisted me and after I apologized 3 times for returning a pair I was unhappy with she said no apologies, we want you to be happy! Now I am, with a new fun pair chosen and even ordered sunglasses as well. Thank you Visionworks and Mallory, especially.
The place is a gem. The appointment went well and timely. All exams were explained to me before they were performed. The photos of the eye are amazing to see. The doctor and staff are very invested in helping you see more comfortably. The store front is clean with many options to select from
Optometrist was outstanding. She spent a lot of time with me and gave me very helpful tips to help relieve my eye strain. Opticians were also superb and helped me with choosing frames and gave me the best discount. Everyone spent a lot of time with me and I honestly felt like I got my money's worth. I usually don't like glasses but I love the ones that I picked out and honestly can't wait to get them. I will definitely go here from now on.
10 stars -- best eye exam ever. Took my elderly relative here. Optometrist was patient, thorough, and highly skilled. Sales staff also went out of their way to help us. Highly recommend them.
